Oilskin vest olive green

Great piece of gear I can’t believe the quality. The front zipper is the most rugged I’ve seen on a vest or a jacket/coat. I’m in Australia and I brought this vest to replace my RMWilliams wringer vest that’s 35 years old and on its last legs. This vest is of better quality and workmanship than the RMW and less than one third the price and that includes shipping to Australia (one week,amazing) well done all round fellas.

It's a real pleasure these days to find well made top quality outdoor clothing that's comfortable and made to last. The Hoggs of Fife padded waxed waistcoat is beautiful, roomy and warm. Serious Country sports had it deliverd to me here in New Zealand within 10 days! wow! thank you

Have had my eye on this one for some time and finally decided to order.
Package arrived here in the U.S. in less than a week.
This is a great value for the money. It is well made out of medium weight cotton with a good
Wax coating which is not excessively greasy to the touch. I am 6'4" 205 pounds. 44 chest.
Ordered xl . Fit is roomy which is expected of work clothes intended to be layered. Fit is like
that of the original line of waxed cotton clothing from a certain manufacturer in South Shields. Not a bad thing at all in my book. Ask an older person if you don't understand!
All in all i am very pleased and if i get the same wear out of this garment as i have from my HOF moleskins I will be thrilled to bits!

Well made vest. Functional and looks good too. Wish I would have ordered one size larger. Might be a bit snug over a sweater. We’ll see
